Acar ikan Masin Kurau

Hello my fan!(adaker??)

Hari ni i nak masak Acar Ikan masin Kurau...mau tau ka resipi..?mai jamu mata dulu

InshaAllah sedap aihhhh...!hehe

Mai nak bagitau resipi sikit...

Cili kering

Bawang putih 10biji(5kisar 5biar bulat)

Bawang merah

Bawang rose 10biji(5kisar 5biar bulat)

Cuka 5sudu

Jintan putih 1sudu

Jintan manis 1sudu

Serbuk kunyit 1sudu

Garam

Gula merah

Ikan masin kurau/talang(digoreng garing asing)

Sebelah pelam muda di dadu

Lobak asin 2 keping

Kismis

Limau nipis

Bahan kisar;-

Cili kering

Halia sebesar ibu jari

Bwg putih 5biji

Bwg rose 5biji

Bwg besar 1biji

Cili burung merah 4biji

Cara masak ;-

Tumiskan bahan kisar+jintan+serbuk kunyit+garam

Biar hingga naik minyak(2senduk minyak)

Masuk kan cuka perah kan limau sikit gaul rata masukkan lobak asin+kismis

Masuk kan gula merah gaul hingga minyk betul2 naik dan bau harum

Masuk kan pelam,bawang rose&bawang putih dibiar bulat bersama ikan masin..

Gaul rata sehingga kering berminyak 

selamat mencuba!!!

Bermula 9/9/2013 lalu dengan rasminya i publish my homemade produk melalui facebook..Alhamdulillah dalam seminggu dengan harga promosi produk laju di beli pelanggan sehingga stock bahan mentah kekurangan...sokongan kuat dari ahli keluarga dan teman rapat dapat i realisasikan makanan kering homemade #Tumbuk2 ni... Produk keluaran Mamitaste ni tidak hanya tertumpu pada 2 produk permulaan "tumbuk ikan kurau "& "tumbuk ikan bilis " berlada ni  akan tetapi produk2 lain datang ke pasaran mengikut waktu yang telah ditetapkan....rasa masin+ pedas yang cukup umphhhhh menambah kelazatan hidangan anda....terus dimakan bersama nasi panas,bubur,oat Dll...

oK as i promised b4 ill post anything...ryt?hurm...last April 2011....my dream to go to the place i love to the Seoul,South Korea came true...!Oh yes..!!so lucky i got change follow the tour for 5dayz 4 nites to the beautiful Korea.....will come part 1&2 later i will story from day 1 i arrived To Incheon Airport till last day der....what can i Conclude here is South Korea is so Beautiful,romantic,nicest,Peace country....i loove SEOUL so much n will come back one day later sure!...n big thanx To Kembara Riadah MR.Haji am so happy follow u guyz...MR Haji u simply the best ok..!Nex ill follow ur Tour to Beijing ...!so syiok!
